Lotto Zesdaagse Vlaanderen-Gent (Ghent 6) is the world’s best track cycling event. The Velodrome in Ghent is called ‘t Kuipke (the little bowl). It holds a special spot in the world of track cycling. It does its name justice as the track is just 166 metres long rather than the standard 250 metres. Because of this, the bankings in the corners are really steep and the closeness to the track makes for an intimate atmosphere. This is a sell-out event where people come back year after year for the great experience. Booze, the smell of hotdogs, the live music and the loud local support make this a fantastic night out. From Tuesday 14th to Sunday 19th November 2023, you can see the elite of the track cycling world go head-to-head in ‘t Kuipke Velodrome in Ghent, Belgium.
