About the Tweed Run
The Tweed Run is a metropolitan bicycle ride with a bit of style.
Each year, riders take to the streets in their well-pressed best, and cycle through the city’s iconic landmarks. Along the way, they stop for a tea break and a picnic stop, and it usually ends with a bit of a jolly knees-up.
Tweed Run 2016 Edition
Yesterday for the 8th edition of the ride, participants followed a 12-mile route through central London dressed in their best tweed cycling attire for the eighth annual event, culminating in a fun closing ceremony & Garden Party at Spa Fields Park.
All in all on the day, over 1000 riders took to the streets of London to enjoy the ride in style.
