As an indication of the likely selling price of this tour, the price in 2022 was £1899 per person. We expect the 2023 selling price to be in the same region.

2023 Giro d'Italia Final Week tour Cycling Holiday
The route of the 2023 Giro d’Italia will be revealed in October 2022. Our detailed itinerary will be available shortly afterwards.
The full route will be officially announced in October or November 2022. There are already some rumours swirling around after race director Mauro Vegni talked about some different options recently. We already know that the Giro will start and finish inside Italy. The 2023 Giro d’Italia is rumoured to start in Pescara on the Adriatic coast and could visit Slovenia and climb the nearby Monte Zoncolan in Italy on the final Saturday before finishing in Udine or Trieste. Other rumours mention a return to Blockhaus as early as stage 3.
We expect the Giro to finish with a mountainous circuit in northern Italy. The venues will be confirmed later but usually such famous venues and climbs like Lake Como, the Stelvio, Finestre, Muro di Sormano feature heavily in the race. On our tour, you will stay, ride and spectate in these iconic locations before experiencing the final stage and celebrations.

Sunday 21 May 2023 : Pre-Tour Hotel
We offer a conveniently located pre-tour hotel where you can stay for one extra night and rest after travel. Meet the tour guides here and get your tour off to a relaxed start. Please note that airport transfers are not available today.
Monday 22 May 2023 : Giro rest day and arrival day
As the riders of the 2022 Giro d’Italia enjoy their final rest day, we will welcome you at a convenient airport. Our head guide, Giro d’Italia stage winner Andrea Ferrigato, and the DSE team, will be at the airport awaiting your arrival.
Our transfer will then leave the airport at TBC. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time before our departure time.
Bikes
If you are travelling with your own bike, then we will transport your bike and bike box or bag for the duration of the tour. When we move to the next hotel, there’s no need to re-pack your bike. Alternatively, we also offer bike rental for the duration of the tour. Bikes can be stored at the hotel.
This afternoon and early evening, our tour leaders and bike mechanics are available to help you. Later this evening we will gather for an evening meal together at the hotel restaurant. After dinner you are free to head into town to explore.
Tuesday 23 May 2023 : Stage 16 – TBC - TBC
After breakfast we will either transport everyone to a location from where we will start the daily rides or we will ride straight out from the hotel. We offer vehicle support for the riders and the spectators will be transported to today’s hospitality venue or to a vantage point to watch the race.
On days where we move on to another hotel, we will transport luggage, bike boxes and bikes and we will offer an adapted itinerary depending on the day’s logistics.
Riders and spectators are reunited to enjoy the hospitality and VIP experiences together. We attempt to keep hotel changes and transfers to a minimum.
Wednesday 24 May 2023 : Stage 17 – TBC - TBC
After breakfast we will either transport everyone to a location from where we will start the daily rides or we will ride straight out from the hotel. We offer vehicle support for the riders and the spectators will be transported to today’s hospitality venue or to a vantage point to watch the race.

Monday 29 May 2023 : Departure day
As we bid you farewell, we will offer airport transfers to Venice Airport (TBC). For those who are departing later there are good public transport links from the city centre out to the airport.
Airport Transfers
Our tour starts on the final rest day at a conveniently located hotel. We offer the option to book a pre-tour hotel so you can settle in after travel before we start. We offer airport transfers on arrival and departure for you and your luggage and bike box. Airports are likely to be Milan Malpensa on arrival and Venice Marco Polo on departure to give you an idea.
Our transfer will then leave the airport at TBC. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time before our departure time. If you want to have a relaxed arrival, why not book our pre-tour hotel?
